What’s your favorite from this list? If you have another inspirational quote you love, scroll down and share it in the comments and maybe I’ll add it to this blog’s quotes page.
Hi Keith,
My favourite is the Henry Ford quote about failure. So many people see failure as a negative or are too scared to try something in case they fail. But failure can only be positive as it is how we learn and grow.
The quote that changed my life was by Stephen Covey –
“Love is a verb. Love is something you do: the sacrifices you make, the giving of self. If you want to study love, study those who sacrifice for others. Love – the feeling – is a fruit of love the verb.”

That’s a great quote! Thank you for sharing it. I’ll add it to the quotes page and may build it into an upcoming post!
Please do. X
I loved the post!
Thanks Jahnavi!
Love the tree one. ☺️
Me too!
I loved the zig ziglaar quote. You really need to trust the process because sometimes the outcome isn’t good but the experience that it gives you is always worth it 🙂
Yes, that’s a great way to look at it Bisma!
Great collection! One of my faves is, “Sometimes when things seem to be falling apart, they might actually be falling into place”. It was written on the coffee cozy I was given with my latte at the little shop down the street one day. I have kept it on my desk ever since!
That’s a great quote. I did a little research but couldn’t find out who came up with that one. Maybe it’s just one of those great quotes that will be credited to that prolific sage “unknown.”
S/he is a wise one, that’s for sure 😉
The complaining one might as well have been written for me. I get in these cycles–and it seems I can do nothing but complain, even when nothing major has gone wrong. Good post–great collection of quotes to keep on hand. Thanks!
Glad you liked them. Thanks for visiting My Instruction Manual!
